We are honored to have Jon Cocco as our speaker. Jon is the owner of Feedall Automation.
Jon is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 15 years of experience leading change at companies such as Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Veyance Technologies, The Carlyle Group and General Motors. With his energy and depth of experience in operations, marketing and strategy, he has successfully led complex business turnarounds and accelerated sales to realize the full potential in organizations. Jon believes that the secret to building a profitable and sustainable business is to assemble and motivate employees in order to inspire a highly committed and passionate organization that is aligned with a company's goals.
Prior to acquiring Feedall Automation in October 2017, Jon served as the CEO of Veyance’s spinout of its commercial vehicle suspensions systems and then as the COO of Q Holdings, a world leader in silicon molding. In 2015, he was a part of the successful $2.0 billion sale of the private equity owned, Veyance Technologies, to Continental AG. He served on the Senior Executive Team as the Vice President & General Manager for a global business unit leading their hose, suspension and belting divisions. Jon attended Case Western Reserve University where he graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. His post graduate work includes an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an Executive Education Program in Corporate Strategy from the Wharton School of Management. He resides in Shaker Heights where he is married with three wonderful children; Jack (13), Anna (13) and Kate (8).
